2021年我哋幾位後生仔匆忙地嚟到英國。為傳承香港人文化，我哋創立「一個月亮」，為居英港人提供更多月餅品牌選擇，毋須在美心和大陸品牌之間被迫選擇。
團隊當中有曾任職灣仔Bakehouse 嘅餅師，確保出品為最高水準，同時亦為月餅呢種咁傳統嘅食品加添創新口味！
